Saskatoon · Saskatchewan
Websites and web apps built in Saskatoon.
A site for your small business, a page that brings you calls, or a small tool that saves you an hour a day. I agree the price before I start, and the whole thing is yours when it's done.
What I build
Small business websites
A few clear pages: what you do, who you are, how to reach you. Fast on a phone, easy for Google to read, easy for you to show a customer.
Landing pages
One page with one job — get the call, the booking, the quote request. Useful when you're running ads or handing out a card.
Small web tools
Calculators, estimate forms, price sheets, checklists your crew fills in on a phone. The repetitive thing you currently do in a spreadsheet.
Big documents made usable
Manuals, catalogues, code books, price lists — turned into something searchable that opens in a browser instead of a 300 MB PDF.
Fixing what you have
A slow site, one that looks broken on phones, or one you can't edit any more. Often a few hours of work rather than a rebuild.
More than one language
English, Ukrainian and Russian versions that stay in step with each other, so you can reach the people your competitors can't.
How I work
- You tell me the problem, not the solution. What the site should get you — more calls, fewer questions on the phone, less paperwork.
- Fixed price, agreed before I start. If something unexpected comes up, I ask you before doing more.
- You own all of it.The files, the domain, the hosting account. No monthly fee to me, and nothing locked to a platform you have to keep paying.
- Plain language.I'll explain what I'm doing without the jargon, and show you how to change the text yourself.
- Small jobs welcome. One page is a real job. So is one form.
Price
I'm just starting out with this, so my prices are low for now.
Tell me what you need and I'll give you one number for the whole job, before any work starts. A simple business site usually lands in the low hundreds; a small tool depends on what it has to do.
If you're just starting out and money is tight, say so — I'd rather do a small honest job than no job.
What I don't do
My full-time job is firestopping on construction sites, so I do this on evenings and weekends and take on only what I know I can finish well. I don't take on online stores with live inventory and payments, anything that stores people's health or financial records, or jobs that need someone on call overnight.
If that's what you need, say so early and I'll tell you straight away rather than halfway through.
Get in touch
Tell me what you're trying to fix. I'll tell you if I'm the right person.
Evenings and weekends, from Saskatoon. I work with people anywhere in Canada, but if you're local we can meet. English, Ukrainian or Russian — whichever is easier for you.
